One thing you need to ensure that the Ipad is connected to any Network either in Wi-Fi or in 3G/4G.  

Click on Ipad2 Settings Icon->Click to iCloud, Click on to “Get a free apple ID”.

Enter the location as your “Country name”, your date of birth details.

Click “use an existing email address” and enter the Full account details.

Now you got an agreement Page which contain apple ID agreements. You just click the agree  button.

Now you got a popup accept/reject icon and agree it.

Your apple ID created successfully. But you ID is in disabled mode and you need to activate using your email account.

Go to device home screen and open safari (Or any browser). And login your referred email ID previously you use.

Go to your mail box. You can see a new male from apple.

You can see an activator link inside the mail. If you click on the link it will automatically go to apple login page. Enter the apple login address and password in it.

 After enter the login name and password, you got a success message.

Now your account has been activated successfully.

Next to open Store.

Now you got a popup window. Select “use existing apple ID”.

Now you got an alert message as “you no longer use this ID in appStore”. Click on the review icon.

Now you again enter the country details and click on the “Next” icon.

Agree the agreement details once more.

And finally you need to enter your credit/debit card details. But it won’t take any money from your account for create the ID. Whenever you download a pay app, that time the amount will be debited from your account.

Now your Apple ID can able to download apps from appStore. You can login the same ID in Itune also.
